Once your order is placed we carry out a final inspection to confirm a perfect working order. That takes one to three business days, after which the lighter ships insured and tracked.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs handling, so if you would like an estimate for your country before ordering, email us and we will give you one.
Every lighter is covered by our one-year warranty. In the extremely rare case that the lighter shows mishaps within the warranty period, we will fully cover the shipping and repair. This can be done either in house or by a local service centre in your area.
Does this mean that your lighter will stop functioning after one year? No, that is not the case. Depending on the condition of the lighter and your use it will last around three to five years before needing another service. By that time: reach out to us! We are happy to help you find a service centre in your area.
A lighter can be returned 30 days from receiving your order. The lighter must come back unused and in its original packaging. The full terms are in our refund policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, along with PayPal and Apple Pay at checkout. If you would prefer to pay another way, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
