Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • US shipping (express only): 3-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after dispatch.

International Shipping

I ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to calculate your duties before purchase, send me a message, we will have a look at it together. 

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details, including the tracking information and carrier confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
