A genuine new old stock S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 lighter in gold, finished in the faceted Pointe de Diamant (diamond tip) pattern, never sold or used — complete with its original box, papers, and guarantee card.

This particular lighter has quite a story. It was originally destined to be sold in Italy, but never left the shop — I found it, along with a small hoard of other 1980s S.T. Dupont lighters, in Milan, after the store's long-time owner finally closed up shop. The Italian tax stamp still attached to the underside is proof of its origin and that it never made it onto a shelf. It arrives as a complete set — original box, papers, and guarantee card — in pristine, never-used condition, with full provenance and a one-year warranty, and has been serviced to ensure it's in perfect working order: a true collector's find.
