A vintage S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 lighter in a brushed silver finish, in the full-size Grand Modèle format, dating to the 1990s and complete with its box.

Since its introduction in 1977, the Ligne 2 has been S.T. Dupont's flagship lighter, known for its substantial proportions and the precisely engineered cap mechanism that produces the brand's signature sound. The Grand Modèle is the larger of the two sizes offered, and carries the design's presence best.

Where most Ligne 2 finishes are engraved or lacquered, this one is brushed — a soft satin surface that plays down the light rather than reflecting it, and hides handling far better than a polished finish. It is an understated choice, and an easy one to carry daily. The lighter comes with its box, has been serviced, and is in perfect working order.
